After a long day of walking around Milwaukee on our first trip to the city we were ready for a little rest. After a fun couple of hours of playing at the pool on this hot summer day I grabbed my weights and asked Teri to snap a photo of me. I just wanted an image to use as a progress shot. The last "progress shot" I took of my new fitness kick was in March! At that time I was just beginning to lift weights, and I couldn't run at all. Patient, persistent, perseverance, and a lot of direction from my friends, Lisa Ogelsby and the awesome folks at Infusion MMA. It doesn't happen over night, and I have such a long way to go before I can say I am as conditioned as I can possibly be. For my age. No time to waste. Just a few pounds to go to make "Cruiser" weight.
