After my first week of weight training I am beginning to worry a bit. I can feel and see some differences from last week. I'm sore but not enough to skip training or my cardio workouts. I've been really trying to watch how much I eat but my weight is 199.2# not even an hour after I took this. The top cut off for "Cruiser" weight class is 199.9#. If I go over that I'll be at the bottom of the heavy weight class. I'm not sure if I want to do that in a tournament. Rolling with someone with 25#s on me could be a real setback. I guess we'll see where I'm at by November 7th!
